Returns Policy
At The Wavy Cult, your satisfaction means everything to us. That’s why we offer a 7-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@thewavycult.com or send a WhatsApp message to +91 7726961079 within 7 days of delivery.
- Please include your Order ID when reaching out.
- Once your request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 2–3 working days. Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Return Process & Refunds
- After your return reaches us, our team will complete a quality check within 12–24 hours.
- You’ll be notified via email about your eligibility for a refund.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after confirmation:
- COD Orders → Refunded via UPI (Google Pay / PhonePe recommended).
- Prepaid Orders → Refunded to the original payment method (or faster via UPI if shared).
- Please note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Return Pickup Attempts
Our courier partner will make 3 pickup attempts. If:
- The return isn’t handed over in these attempts, or
- The pickup isn’t possible at the original delivery address,
you will need to arrange the return shipment yourself.
Defective / Damaged Items
If your item is defective or damaged, please share:
- An HD unboxing video clearly showing the defect.
- Images of the product and original packaging.
Our team will verify within 24 hours and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Wrong size/product ordered by customer
- Items missing tags or original packaging
- Washed, worn, or tampered products
- Sale/discounted items or gift cards
Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange window for eligible items. Since our products are made-to-order to minimize waste, exchanges are limited to special cases.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thewavycult.com or WhatsApp +91 7726961079 with your Order ID.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup. Please note: replacement items are shipped only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Exchange Charges & Terms
- A ₹65 reshipping fee applies to all exchanges.
- For design/product changes, an additional ₹60 exchange fee applies.
- Price differences will be refunded (if lower value) or charged additionally (if higher value).
- Items must pass quality check (unworn, unwashed, with tags).
Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot process exchanges for:
- Different products outside the same category
- Washed/used/tampered items
- Damaged prints or packaging issues
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.
- Cancellations are not possible after 6 hours, as processing begins immediately.
- For COD orders, our team will attempt to confirm twice via call. If unresponsive, the order will be auto-cancelled.
