Order Processing
At Thread Story, we aim to process your orders promptly. Typically, orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days. Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Time
We strive to deliver your order within 7-9 business days for most serviceable pin codes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a unique tracking link via WhatsApp to monitor its progress.

Delivery Issues
Orders are shipped through third-party courier services. If you encounter any delivery issues, please notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot address concerns raised after this timeframe, especially if the courier service declines to investigate further.
